Infiniti MedicalTM products continue to gain recognition from the industry's leading experts. We are constantly adding new veterinary devices to remain on the cutting edge. See below for updated news and information:
Infiniti Medical is proud to announce the addition of the Canine ASDO and VSDO to its line of products. The introduction of these devices is an indication of the strength of the collaboration between AGA Medical and Infiniti Medical and the dedication of both companies to treating structural heart disease in companion animals. These devices are intended to treat atrial septal and ventricular septal defects without surgery and represent a paradigm shift in treatment options. Infiniti Medical believes that the increased demand for such devices is a strong indication of the growing skill set of veterinary cardiologists and also the result of the Infiniti Medical's extensive worldwide training programs.

The Mission
The Infiniti Medical Veterinary Interventional Radiology Fellowship was established to advance the science of minimally invasive therapy through educating and training veterinarians, conducting clinical research, and establishing standards of care. The fellowship will provide training to a qualified individual with the aim of saving lives, easing suffering, and improving the quality of life for animals. Through this training program, Infiniti Medical would like to offer hope to animals by fusing technology and innovation with care and dedication.
Infiniti Medical will provide transportation and housing allowances one week per month for an entire year of training with veterinarians and medical doctors previously trained in these techniques.
Objectives
- Provide training to veterinarians in the field of endovascular surgery, interventional radiology, and interventional endoscopy through hands-on training with a large variety and number of clinical
cases as well as professional publications, seminars, and workshops.
- Facilitate the treatment of sick animals that have failed, or not candidates for, more conventional or invasive therapies.
- Support research by providing equipment to qualified veterinarians to perform clinical trials.
- Improve the quality of clinical veterinary care by developing and disseminating standards of care for emerging procedures and advancing the field of veterinary interventional radiology.
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Marilyn Dunn has been chosen to receive the Infiniti Medical Veterinary Interventional Radiology Fellowship for 2008.
